On behalf of our client, PWO Group, global company in the mobility industry, Manpower Serbia is searching for motivated candidates to take the challenge and successfully fulfill positions of Sales and container planning and customs

Location: Čačak

Job description

Sales planning:
•    Control delivery schedule of customers and maintenance of schedules in SAP
•    Schedule and control the extended workbenches
•    Plan and organize international transportation (road, sea, air) and dispatch at PWO and for suppliers
•    Cross-departmental communication to ensure in time customer supply
•    Propose alternative solutions to customers and suppliers in the event of delivery bottlenecks
•    Synchronize sequence planning with production planning
•    Coordinate project ramp-up and end of projects with customers and suppliers
•    Carry out corrections due to excess stock or missing parts
•    Inventory management of consignment warehouses, including billing and stocktaking

Container planning:
•    Responsible for the on-time availability of correct containers and recycled packaging based on packaging instructions specified by customers or PWO and its maintenance in SAP
•    Container planning including daily review of available recycled containers and reconcile about available and required containers
•    Order containers from customers/suppliers/freight forwarders
•    Discuss and correct container accounts with customers and suppliers
•    Schedule cleaning and repair of recycled containers
•    Review invoices for container freight, cleaning, and repair expenses

Customs clearance:
•    Responsible for tasks related to customs clearance/export
•    Processing customs clearances for international shipments/imports
•    Follow-up on all pending customs transactions and export control

Job requirements 

•    Bachelor's or master's degree ideally in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
•    Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in purchase and production planning in automotive area
•    Detailed knowledge of logistic processes 
•    Excellent cross-departmental process knowledge
•    High customer orientation and willingness to take over responsibility
•    Problem-solving skills and structured way of thinking, zero failure mentality 
•    Good communication skills as well as a confident and competent manner
•    Highly motivated with a proactive attitude and excellent teamworking skills
•    Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
•    Fluency in English (written and oral) min B2/C1
