On behalf of our client, PWO Group, global company in the mobility industry, Manpower Serbia is searching for motivated candidates to take the challenge and successfully fulfill positions of Planner for production and purchasing
Location: Čačak

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Production Planning:
•    Prepares production plans under consideration of production capacities and planning of logistical production processes
•    Coordinate available personnel and technical capacities as well as the availability of materials
•    Manage the production orders
•    Coordinate production deadlines under consideration of availability of materials and existing capacities
•    Steer customer requirements based on SAP and BDE data
•    Due date monitoring of delivery commitments and coordination with sales logistics
•    Improve internal production processes and material flows
•    Close coordination production in terms of required shift models 
•    Monitor and manage stock levels with regard to customer call-offs

Purchase Planning: 
•    Dispose and ensure on-time on-going delivery of raw material, purchased components and one-way packaging’s based on shipping schedules/contracts generated by purchasing
•    Coordinates and controls production and shipping due dates with suppliers
•    Monitors due dates for all purchased parts, incl. consumables
•    Reviews order confirmations for raw materials and purchased parts
•    Processes transportation damage for inbound deliveries when PWO pays the freight
•    responsible for the inventory management and continuous improvement of inventory levels with the objective of reducing inventory
•    Maintains master data in SAP

CANDIDATE PROFILE

•    Bachelor's or master's degree ideally in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
•    Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in purchase and production planning in automotive area
•    Detailed knowledge of logistic processes 
•    Excellent cross-departmental process knowledge
•    High customer orientation and willingness to take over responsibility
•    Problem-solving skills and structured way of thinking, zero failure mentality 
•    Good communication skills as well as a confident and competent manner
•    Highly motivated with a proactive attitude and excellent teamworking skills
